«I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early ...

«The carpets were filthy, the hotel was loud and there were transient people hanging out all around the building, it felt very unsafe and we checked out a day early. We are hoping they will refund the last night that we did not stay since it was so bad.»

«This property is run down. The lobby and room are okay but, the grounds are horrible. Pool is dirty and in need of repairs. The parking lot and grounds are overrun with weeds. There is a filthy trailer park behind the back parking lot and a few trailers are actually in the parking lot! This hotel is on a major road in a sketchy area. Town is only 1 mile away but, it is unwalkable as the area is not very nice. Not a place for families or couples.We will not be back.»

«The moment I walked into the room, it had a bad smell. The towels and sheets were clean, the mini fridge was layered in ice and not the cleanest. The was strange smudges on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet. The shower head was moldy and when opening the shower door, it squeaked very loud. «Beds were comfortable, room as described on listing but a little outdated overall. Bathroom was very small. This hotel had very convenient side door entry points.»

«First of all the rooms kind of smoke musty, and then when we looked at the beds and uncovered the mattress, it had dips in it both sides, both rooms. The beds were the same way and then the last morning the electric went off for like 530 or six and it was not on by 8:30 so I feel like we need some kind of refund»

«It was fine. The staff was helpful and this is very much a budget hotel. For that it was clean and quiet. There were not many amenities and it was very bare bones other than in room kitchenettes. For a cheap place to stay that was clean, it was great.»
