"Rommet var fint, med stort bad og stillegående aircondition. Det var ikke kaffe tilgjengelig på rommet, men gratis kaffe i resepsjonen. Men da kaffemaskinen var ute av drift, nektet personalet og gi oss kaffe fra restauranten fordi vi ikke hadde kjøpt frokostpakken. Veldig lite fleksibilitet med tanke på serviceytelse for kunden."

"The hotel is located within walking distance (15-20min) to the central train station and downtown areas. The area around the hotel is quite nice with several dining options and convenience stores nearby. The room was large (for Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. I asked for a room on a high floor and was situated on the 14th floor (or above) which gave us a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel has a very nice gym with all one needs for a good strength and/or cardio work out. There is also a pool, but for us the win was the sento with a fantastic hot and cold pool alongside a sauna. I would definitely recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience."

"Great location and easy access 3 minutes to Nagoya station, spacious room for the price, great amenities (I love the pajamas), great personals. The breakfast omelette was good or else was okay"
