«Stayed there for 2 nights. Good service at front desk, super great service at the lobby bar, the only downside is the constant draft from the entrance. Stayed at the high floor and the room was ok. Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s ok. Really friendly and quick valet parking. »

Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«This low rating is due to the valet service for the hotel. They wrecked my truck and promised to complete repair but i have been jumping through hoops for 2 months. Now i cannot even get an email reply or call back from the valet service company. They even still charged me the valet nightly fee! Other than that, the stay was above average. Clean hotel, decent breakfast, and comfortable bed.»
