«Since I checked in, there was a problems with showers, and they keep changing rooms 3 times, no showers was worked, at the end when I got checked out I was late a little bit And they charged me fees for the late From the beginning I stayed at this hotel every month twice, so they don’t care about customers satisfaction unfortunately»

«Nice personnel. Good breakfast. Happy hour was great. Not top maintained with regards to cleaning (air valves) etc. Very low pressure in the shower head. Television has blue-ish color overlay. Poor noise isolation between room and hall-ways.»

«It was convenient have it a gas station and a few places to eat right across the street.»

«Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet! Personalet var imøtekommede og vennlig, det lå rett ved siden av (2 min å gå fra) Houston Premium Outlets, og ikke minst, senga var fantastisk, så det ble en natt med god søvn. Frokosten var også veldig god! Vi bor gjerne her igjen, hvis vi er på disse traktene. »

«I gave three stars because the room was not clean enough. The bed and couch had stains, the floor had hair all over, and the faucet was rusted. However staff was very kind and also let me check in early. One night was all I could do there»

«The rooms are very clean and the staff is so professional they have an indoor pool and a dine in area for a hot breakfast that starts at 7am-9am also a gym and a convenient snack area to purchase things without leaving your room and not to mention a full bar and restaurant right next door but this property is a 10 and very clean and peaceful inside»

«The room and bathroom were clean, and I really appreciate that the TV was working and had several streaming services that I was able to log into.»

«Veldig bra hotell, rent og lukter godt og billig!! Frokost var grei som alt annet- alt i alt veldig fornøyd! Bassenget var bra også. Og muligheter for å spise på spisesteder rett utenfor hotellet. »

«This is a lovely hotel with a great staff. I would like to point out Jeff and Isabella in particular. Jeff made our check fun and easy. The room was clean and quiet.»
