«I loved this hotel. Our room had a full size refrigerator, stove top, dishes and dish washer! I probably didn’t notice all this when I was making the reservation since we were staying one night. The breakfast next morning was also really good.»

«I really liked this hotel. Very different from all other places I’ve stayed in Houston. However, we booked the beach room and were given the snow room. Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. When leaving the next morning we were told we’d be charged 15$ for late check out. Which we were totally fine with. We do late check out often. Upon leaving she DEMANDED my card while my hands were full with my belongings so she could charge for late checkout. I know my card is on file, if I were to ...

«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»
