«I really liked this hotel. Very different from all other places I’ve stayed in Houston. However, we booked the beach room and were given the snow room. Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. When leaving the next morning we were told we’d be charged 15$ for late check out. Which we were totally fine with. We do late check out often. «Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«Stayed there for 2 nights. Good service at front desk, super great service at the lobby bar, the only downside is the constant draft from the entrance. Stayed at the high floor and the room was ok. Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s ok. Really friendly and quick valet parking. »
