«My son and I arrived onsite at 630pm and were told the room wasn't ready even though check-in is around 3pm. Once we got in the room later that night it was absolutely disgusting. There was large areas of mold in the bathroom, the mattresses were horrible with springs in your back. The room originally smelled like perfume when we got in it but that went away quickly and the smell of B.O or mold quickly took over. We left that hotel that night and got another hotel which was so much better.»

«Gode senger.

«We were visiting the area and stayed just one night. There were a few weddings happening and parking was understandably difficult at times. The hotel and grounds are quite lovely. The only disappointment involved the incidental fee. Apparently you are charged( as per the front desk attendant) for use of the hotel amenities and the “complimentary” continental breakfast.»

«We were supposed to stay there for 4 days, but had to reebook as we were heading to New York for the World Cup. (Norway to the next round)
Must say that the personell at the frontdesk was really helpful. Especially Heather, she were so sweet and serviceminded helping us to change our booking.
Thanks again for very good service!
We will for sure come back again if we visit King of Prussia again.»
