«Horrible experience. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had hair all over them and even visible shoe marks, which was unacceptable. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but I was informed that no other rooms were available. The staff provided clean sheets after I requested them, but overall, the room's cleanliness and condition were very disappointing. I would not stay here again. Not a safe area and nothing like the pictures on Expedia.»

«Rooms are small and very overpriced for the size and amenities. The Sea Lions are on the dock across the river and bark all night long. The hotel does provide ear plugs but they don’t help much and the constant barking kept us up all night. The drinks are overpriced at $12 for a well drink. They give you vouchers for 2 drinks but it is limited to beer and house wine. If you want to stay on a 100 year old riverboat this is the place to do it but I wouldn’t recommend multiple nights. Your money ...

«The room was small, but comfortable. It was noisy outside early in the evening but quieter later on. The person at the reception desk seemed a little impatient and not very friendly. Parking was not inexpensive and the parking spots in the garage were spaced very close together. The open central area was spacious and comfortable. Overall this was an OK experience but I might look somewhere else the next time I stay in the area.»
