«Budget friendly hotel located in a nice area. The breakfast was simple (cereals, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, etc) but worked fine for me. If I stay here again, I will bring my own pillows, though, as these provided very little support even when wadded up into a ball.»

«I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and ...

«This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments.
The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.»

«Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine.
The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing ...

«The pool/hot tub were not working due to heating issues, however there were no signs anywhere indicating this, nor did staff say a word about it, in fact when asked, they said they had no idea, that no one tells them anything.
The housekeeping were very friendly, and were happy to help with more towels when asked.
I will say that given the location so close to the mayo clinic, and the price, I was happy about that.
Our room also was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable.»
