I stayed here while having medical appointments at Mayo Clinic.
There were many issues.
-Room phone didn't work.
-Front desk didn't have change available to use in the laundry room.
-None of the washers or dryers worked anyway.
-The sign on each machine said "out of order"
-Room was not cleaned/stocked daily. I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels.
-The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet which was problematic.
-English was a second language for almost all of the employees. One exception was the very helpful front desk lady who I was very appreciative of.
-The continental breakfast was minimal and rushed. They had a strict time of opening and closing the room.
-They also did NOT honor the cancellation policy as stated on their Expedia ad.
I ended up paying for a room for several days that I was in the hospital. Avoid La Quinta...
-The Expedia ad listed the hotel as "pet friendly"
-The sign at the front desk said "No pets allowed."
Expedia wasn't helpful with any of my concerns either.
Unfortunately Expedia lets their Hotels make false/misleading statements on their search engine.
This is disappointing as I used to be an Expedia fan but now will find an alternate travel site to book my travel.
-I recommend avoiding Expedia and finding a different travel site.
