«Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable!
On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. Room had hair in bathroom, master bed and patio.
Nothing in room for anything exceedingly t towels and sheets.
Could not leave fast enough. Best part was being introduced to a ...

«Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. »

«The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view.
Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good.
For the price point it is a great stay. »

«Royal St.Kitts is a reasonably good hotel given the price and location. The staff had quite some variation when it came to servicemindedness and smiles, but St.Kitts is not known for smiles. So that was "on par", we can say. A limited range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is a small minus, but the hotel rooms and pool area met our expectations.»

«Tried to book a waxing at the spa but there were no available staff until later in the day.
Our ocean view room was nice however the screen on the sliding door was broken so could not leave it open at night in lieu of AC. The AC was very loud and noisy. The beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean so it was rough and so much seaweed. We opted to take cabs to the Carribean side to swim. »

«Housekeeping was incredible and the villas are beyond spacious. Unfortunately the gym was the opposite - it was outdated, neglected and it is so small that only one person can be comfortably lifting weights at a time. I enjoyed having both the option of a full kitchen in my unit and the onsite restaurant, which I ate at twice and enjoyed. The beach is clean and quiet.
