«Perfectly based location for a few days at snaefellsnes. We really love the accommodation, it has a nice interieur and the contact to Jacob was also fine. He is intested that everything works fine for your stay at his house. Good place to see the northern lights, because its quite remote. «First of all. The cabin is nice. The area it is located in is excellent. But when we arrived at the cabin it turns out you have to start your stay by washing the linnen from the previous occupants. So we found dirty, wet linnen all over the bathroom. We were not prepared for this, because nowhere in the descriptions of the cabin was this part mentioned. Then we had to use the facilities. The toilet was not exactly clean. Turns out you have to wash the cabin before you leave, wich is fine, ...

«Beautiful home, overlooking the ocean. Black sand beach w sea sounds to soothe the soul, and seals swimming. Owners made sure bedding and staples like coffee were available. Management company was responsive to email request. It’s an historic home, interesting to read about it. Convenient to all of the sightseeing we were doing in Snaefellas Peninsula. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you!»

«After spending 10 days circling Iceland, this was by far our favorite place to stay. The apartment is both gorgeous and spacious, and the views are wonderful. Looking out from one side of the apartment you will see mountains and a huge glacier. From the other end you will see the ocean. When we were there, we could see seals basking on the rocks just offshore from the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and especially comfortable. We will be back!»

«The outside of the building looks terrible. Abandonbed. I thought my husband was joking when he said that was it. But the inside was completely redone and surprisingly modern and clean. Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. »
