«For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too. Will never book at this hotel ever again.»
