«The place is really nice and clean. It has beautiful views and is very relaxing. There are cows grazing on the mountain right beside the property. It is perfect for two people. The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. «My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cabin. We really loved our time at the cabin. It made us both want to move to Tennessee. It is secluded, yet close enough to Newport and Gatlinburg to be convenient for shopping and entertainment. We found a wonderful coffee shop nearby called “Our Place.” Overall, it was a wonderful day and I cannot wait to return.»

«My communication with Carl and Terri prior to and during our stay always resulted in a prompt reply. The TV was tricky to operate, directions would have helped. Location was ideal, easy to walk to downtown. We tried a few restaurants on the list of recommendations and they were very good. We would recommend the cozy cottage to others!»

«The cabin was wonderful, very clean! If you are looking for something that is close to Gatlinburg, it’s about a 35 minute drive and about 45 minutes to Pigeon Forge. The cabin is in a perfect peaceful location, will definitely stay there again!!»

«Loved this beautifully retored cottage in the historic district. It is well appointed with all the amenities in the most peaceful setting. Easy commute to restaurants and entertainment. We even saw a mama bear and 4 cubs on the property! Would definitely rent again.»

«We loved how clean and close to Hot Springs this home was. The view from the front porch was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but I’m sure it would have been nice. The home was close to two spots to access the Appalachian Trail allowing us easy access for some great hiking.»

«This property is located within a neighborhood, but on a main road. The driveway is easy to miss. Drivers on the road are going fast and we passed the driveway ups couple times. This property is very roomy. The furnishings are lovely and the beds were comfy. Inside was clean and organized. Bathrooms are small. «We were only here for a short time and mainly just needed a place to sleep. The hot tub and location attracted us and was exactly what we needed during our stay. Location was perfect for getting downtown, and the hot tub was working and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and was very clean. The house is right next to a really great restaurant that we walked to for dinner and loved. Our only negative was that both beds were very uncomfortable and did not feel clean. ...
