«Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room had all the amenities expected. With comfortable bed and thick towels.
Only problem encountered were the very steep and curved stairs but in such a lovely place this is to be expected»

«We stayed for 2 nights in the family room which had a lovely comfortable king size bed, ensuite with large walk in shower and air con which was a God send. Very clean and quiet. The staff are lovely, food and drinks reasonably priced, breakfast choices good. The beer garden needs some attention but is secure if you have children or a dog. Steep stairs to the rooms which were a bit difficult with our elderly dog but over all a great stay. Please note, although very dog friendly they do charge ...

«Such a great stay at the hideaway. The accommodation and views were stunning.
Had such a warm welcome from the hosts and the breakfast and attention to detail just made it that bit more special. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again »

«Super friendly welcome and room was fine for us - we stayed after a wedding so werent even there that long!
room was clean and shower was hot, breakfast was lovely and served by a super helpful and friendly housekeeper.

«Amazing accommodation ideal for a couple , very comfortable, lovely quiet location but not far to drive to Sherborne.
All kitchen essentials provided . Lovely comfy bed.
Bathroom/shower perfect.
