Lakeview Retreat is the perfect vacation home for up to 12 guests.
This fully remodeled lakefront property is in the serene town of Cottonwood Shores, next to Lake Marble Falls. Enjoy stunning views of nature and wildlife and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We have a boat dock and a two-person kayak for lake adventures. The interior is spacious, with three oversized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. The living room has plenty of room, two dining sets, a 70-inch Smart TV, a desk with monitors, and a color printer. Plus, we have game options like pool, foosball, ping pong, and more. Our front yard can fit cars, RVs, and boats. Stay at Lakeview Retreat for a peaceful, adventure-filled vacation.
Main Bedroom: This oversized bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and a closet for storage. This room also has a private bathroom.

Bunk Room: This cozy room has two bunk beds - one Full over Full and the other Twin over Twin - accommodating up to six guests. There's also a loveseat coach for extra seating.

Third Bedroom: This room has two doors, one that opens to the hallway area and another to a stunning view of the lake and nature at the back of the house. It has a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and a closet for storage.

Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. One is attached to the main bedroom, and the other is in the hallway.

All bedrooms have comfortable bedding, pillows, and towels provided.

The kitchen in Lakeview Retreat is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. It also has small appliances such as two coffee makers, a kettle, a purser/ rice cooker, a toaster, a blender, and many more. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space and cabinets for storage, making it easy to prepare and store food for your stay. It also has a large dining table that seats up to 10 people, perfect for family meals or group dinners, and a nook dining set that can seat up to 5 people. Overall, the kitchen is modern and functional and has everything you need to cook and dine during your stay at Lakeview Retreat.

Guests have full access to the house, front yard, and backyard, while two covered parking areas can accommodate two cars or a boat each.

The property is situated on 1.6 acres of land and is conveniently located next to a public boat ramp, allowing guests to easily launch their boat into the lake free of charge.

A boat dock is also available for use and can accommodate a pontoon boat and a jet ski, with a spacious seating area available as well. Please note that the boat dock is still being constructed and is estimated to be completed by May 15th.
