«AVOID AT ALL COST!! it was disgusting. Bugs every room. Grass was over 2 feet tall. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Walls 1/2 painted, kitchen cabinets falling apart. Doors looked like they have been kicked in. Dirt and hair piles behind bathroom doors. Water stains on the ceiling. Below par microwave and coffee pot. THE MOST AWFUL PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Definitely should not be allowed to rent this place»

«We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from U of SC. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it’s fine and spacious. The fact that there are three full bathrooms is a plus. That being said, the living room furniture is very old and shabby. It is not very comfortable. Also, the carpets throughout the house are badly stained and really need to be replaced. «It was great to have place close to the base. We went for my brother’s army graduation and he just wanted to hang out with us so we were able to just hang out at the house to eat, talk, play games and watch TV. There were plenty of beds for all of us that came. It was me and my husband and kids, with our parents and my brother’s daughters. It was nice and cool temperature inside and great to use the washer and dryer too.»

«It was close to walmart and various food stores which is a plus and it was about 10 minutes from base. The only issue i had was the floors were too crickey... The house was not updated and we had issues putting the code in the door. Our check-kn took aboit 20 to 30 min. Also the laundry room dopr was stuck and was hard to wash our clothes. Yes it was clean but i think we over paid for a basic house. There was stickers on the walls and the TV didnt work unless you bring a roku or something.That ...
