«The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better.
No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service.
Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting ...

«Not clean room, had to complain 2 times and had to show cleaning crew where to clean. A lot of dust in the room on lights and surfaces. Was concerned it was unhealthy to sleep there. The smell was also very bad, to much perfume or cleaning product sprayed around in room… The had to put a cover over couch because of the stains. No complimentary wine even tho it says so when you book.»
