«Not clean room, had to complain 2 times and had to show cleaning crew where to clean. A lot of dust in the room on lights and surfaces. Was concerned it was unhealthy to sleep there. The smell was also very bad, to much perfume or cleaning product sprayed around in room… The had to put a cover over couch because of the stains. No complimentary wine even tho it says so when you book.»
