朝ごはんが付いていたのですが、想像よりちゃんとしたメニューが揃っていて十分でした。 特に自分で焼くワッフルは出来立てなので、サクフワでとても美味しかったです。 フルーツも毎日種類が変わっていて良かったです。 グァバのジュースが美味しくて毎日飲んでいました。ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあったのでとても便利でした。 部屋は古いですが全く困る事はなく、ラナイからダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキビーチが見えてテンションが上がりました。 何日目かの早朝に突然部屋の火災報知器が故障して鳴り、大変な思いもしましたが、すぐに修理に来てくれたので30分位で元に戻りました。 保証で朝食チケットをくれると言われましたが、レストランでは食べきれないので丁重にお断りしました。 お値段以上の価値はあると思いましたので、また泊まりたいホテルです。

Great location. Excellent staff friendly, courteous, professional. Hassle free in and out parking! Loved Hula lessons and Lei making activities. Continental breakfast decent. In-room fridge was weak and leaked. Didn't like how toilet/shower light was connected to the sink/closet area (did not have separate switches).

It needs up-dating! Hall way carpeting dirty. It seems nobody cleaning the aged carpet for the last ten years or more but we enjoyed the Wikike beach just a stone throw away. The owner is discounting a bit to fill rooms every day, a good businees plan! Really no complain.

I absolutely love how close to Waikaiki Beach this property is. It's close enough without all the traffic noise. I will absolutely choose this hotel on my next stay on Oahu.

Only one block from Waikiki beach, so location was good. The staff were excellent. What lets this hotel down (it isn’t a resort) is that the decor is dated and tired. The complementary breakfast had all the basics (cereal, toast, juice, waffles, oatmeal, pastries). Overall acceptable but not great with paper plates and cutlery.

Property is dated. The breakfast that is included has limited food selection and it is not satisfying forcing you to spend money at another restaurant for breakfast. Therefore the "included breakfast" is not a perk or savings. Hotel is dated. Kept clean and friendly staff.

Everyone was very friendly. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected considering where it’s located. Only complaint is I called once for extra coffee pods and they were never brought to us. Other than that, very nice stay.

Nice hotel. Room was simple, slightly dated, but clean and didn't smell. Good breakfast included in the price. Good location close to the beach and restaurants etc. I would stay here again!

I love the entance in hotel and was always acknowledge by the staff at the front end and by staff doing their jobs. I found their continental has a simple and quick chooses for breakfast. I also enjoybthe breafast in th Resturant. It is old hotel but it clean and warm theme. My only drawback is I wished I had small folded latter so I could plug in hairdryer on my own. As I found the plug a little to high on the wall. I go back to this hotel in the furture.

Occupants in the Room upstairs were smoking and making noise through late hours for two nights. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and made a loud noise when sliding. There’s hardly any water pressure in the shower. The hotel is dated but it’s conveniently located close to the beach and shops. We wouldn’t stay here again. We asked for a king sized bed and got 2 double beds. Now I know why it’s cheaper than most hotels around the area

Absolutely zero aloha spirit at the front desk. The sound-proofing is non-existent (the garbage truck woke us up at 5:25 am). It was also somehow quite humid in the room despite the AC, but otherwise I guess the room was OK.

The hotel is in good location closer/ walkable to the Waikiki beach,shopping malls and restaurants and a car for rent located at the hotel lobby. Staff are welcoming and approachable. Would stay again definitely.

Waikiki Resort Hotel is conveniently located: 2-3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the International Market Place, etc. In short, it’s centrally located & within walking distance to the “heart of where the action is” in Waikiki. The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The included continental breakfast is also a PLUS. (Rowena, a breakfast staff was very nice!). I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Amazing location, reasonable rate, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, option for late check out and even stay till 6pm for half day rate. Great activities in the lobby like lei making, hula dance, yoga, meditation. So close to the beach and different restaurants, public transportation is close by. Close to everything yet on quiet street. Pure gem!

I like it because it was Convenient to the beach, dining, and stores. What I didn’t like was My shower holder was broken, but they repaired it right away. Good job.
