A gorgeous Superior Oceanview 1-bedroom condo on the 35th floor of the renowned Waikiki Sunset - rented out legally under Oahu`s short-term rental laws - has a brand new King bed in the bedroom, plus a very comfortable commercial-grade Queen size memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an optional ottoman that converts into a Twin memory foam bed to sleep 5 people total which is great for families or groups of friends. Bills can be exchanged for coins at the front desk. Trash chutes are located on each floor. Free use of the pool and recreational/picnic area from 9 am to 9 pm. There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24-hour onsite security, so it is very safe and welcoming. Please note that upon arrival, all guests MUST check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine from the building association.
