The Space:

Trade winds drift across the lanai as morning light fills the living space, carrying the soft rhythm of Waikiki below. From your private balcony, ocean and mountain views stretch toward Diamond Head, inviting slow coffee moments and unhurried evenings. High above the city, this condo offers a calm vantage point with the shoreline just a short walk away.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with a king bed, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The bedroom is separated from the main living space by a sliding door, offering flexibility and privacy for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.



Living space and workspace

Large windows frame both ocean and mountain views from the living area and bedroom. A comfortable seating area and 50 inch HDTV with standard cable create an easy setting for relaxing indoors. Wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door allows for focused time when needed. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain comfort in Honolulu’s consistently warm climate.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers space to cook your own meals at your own pace, with a dining table and breakfast bar for gathering over breakfast or winding down after a day out. Whether preparing something simple before the beach or enjoying a quiet dinner inside, the layout supports easy, everyday living.



Bathroom and essentials

The full bathroom includes bathroom essentials and hot water. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and beach essentials are provided to help you settle in. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.



Outdoor and building amenities

Step outside to your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a dining area, or head downstairs to enjoy the shared outdoor pool - heated and open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM year-round. A shared hot tub and shared sauna are also available in the building; please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Additional features include a shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, elevator access, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space. Self check-in with a keypad and a private entrance make arrivals simple.



Located within Waikiki Banyan, the condo places you close to shops, dining, and shared beach access, making it a practical and comfortable home base for extended stays of 28 days or more in Honolulu.

Visitors can enjoy the golden sands of Waikiki Beach, just a short stroll away, or explore a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. Iconic landmarks such as Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park are within easy reach, making the Waikiki Banyan an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The neighborhood’s warm aloha spirit and tropical ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere for all.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
