Todo muy bien. Buena ubicación. Bien equipado. Sólo que el sofá cama es un poco chico e incómodo para un adulto. Está bien para un niño. Se lo comenté a la dueña. Solo con la Intención de hacerle una crítica constructiva. A modo de compensación, me dio un late check out sin cargo.

Worth it!

Great location given the price. Yes, i would book this exact location again. Close to beach and walkable to restaurants. Cons: the cleaning lady walked in on us at 8 am, when checkout is at 11 am. I was still in underwear, getting out of the shower.

Ilikaie Marina - Our WORST VRBO experience ever

The buildng is run down and the apartment was worse. We travel to Hawaii twice a year and stay about about 2 weeks with each visit.. this is the only time we not been welcomed with the spirit of Aloha... from the moment we enterred we we presented with strict commands in bold red letters which admonished us to not steal the property.... or we would be charged..that was lsughable as the furniture and 2 spoons and 1 fork would not be accepted as donations if brought to goodwill... The apartment was dirty.. un painted.. the entrance door was broken from some attempt to pry it open... the bathroom and kitchen were barely sevicable and rusted The balcony overlooking the garbage filled marina had 2 rusted chairs that would stain your clothes if u sat on them... The apartment and building smelled of mold and the garbage trucks that picked up refuse from the hotels that lined the alley. Homeless people slept on the sidewalk and in and around the lobby... The highlight was that the toilet seat glowed in the dark so if u got up at night u didnt have to turn on the lights and send the bugs scampering away. In short it is a dump and should be delisted by vrbo.

Stayed at the property - condo for a few nights. I love the surrounding property, walking distance to just about everything within reach, and this location is a tad away from the main Waikiki, which is great! However, let me tell you all of disappointments. The communication sent from the property with check in instructions is poor, even through email and in their app. It supposed to be newly renovated as it’s in the description. Well not sure what has been renovated. Furniture is outdated, window covers is from the 80s, bed felt like it’s used from college dorm, not enough towels, the thermostat pad goes in and out- doesn’t work properly, and I could go on and on. The price per night seems fair but man read the fine print cause fees, service fees, other ridiculous charges. You might as well stay else where for the amount you’re paying. To say it takes just a second for them to debit and charge for the deposit however it took almost a month for my deposit to be refunded. I have never experienced this type of home stay and will be gladly take my money else where. Will NEVER stay at this property unit again!

Poorly managed

I never received the instructions from the host she's said they sent them to me on an email on September 27th and then again on November 4th which neither wherever sent to my email address so I sat in front of the building for 4 hours to get into the unit and when she finally responded after I got in the unit her response was it was the weekend and That's why I couldn't get a hold of her and I could vacate the property and try to find somewhere else to stay. Had issues folding up the sofa bed The coffee table was disgusting with the fabric was falling off of it The lockbox on the door was open miscellaneous construction debris in the closet nothing in the kitchen no salt pepper no oven mitts no kitchen towels one spatula no scissors dirty dishes One of the hand towels was dirty

Great lovation

Loved the location. But Had problems with door lock which at 10pm was not good. Surprised no teatowels or dishwashing tablets. Nevertheless fabulous outlook and quite spacious for 3adults.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This property is extremely dirty and not as advertised. Once you book you arent eligible for any kind of refund. They also wont work with you on this and will keep a large portion of your money. I made the mistake of booking and the a few weeks after several reviews started rolling in that made me question staying so I went to cancel and I couldnt. The building is very dated but when you walk into the unit itself its been given the landlord special - white paint over everything. The shower and tub has rust and mold built it up on it, the toilet had urine it in, the furniture is ripped up. Once you book you cant use the VRBO app to manage your reservation - you have to switch over to a app they have which is poorly done and hard to navigate. Ice maker was broken. I checked out after my first night there. The condo is marketed as renovated and somewhat luxury. I contacted them to try and work with them on fixing all this and they said they were "reviewing my issues and need some time" and I havent heard back.

View & Location!!!

Pros: The view and location were great!! Condo is older but nicely updated. Loved our stay! Cons: 1) The ripped up pleather cubes used for coffee table need to be removed! First thing you see when you walk in the door :( Surprising since everything else in the condo is nice and updated. 2) No kitchen towels. 3) No blender to make delicious Hawaiian drinks! That was a tough one.

Area is reason to book.

We liked the quieter side of Waikiki beach so we picked this area. Prior to booking I noticed there was a pool mentioned in the write up (not being available if there was construction the advertisement read) once booked I was told there was not a pool. The cancellation means they instantly take 50% if you cancel and area was good so we kept the booking. I read in reviews the pull out bed was broken in July prior and I needed it for my 6 and 7 year old girls so I asked specifically if it was replaced or still broken. I was lied to and told it was fixed. When we arrived the place wasn’t very clean with poop spray from previous guest by the toilet paper dispenser. False eyelashes on the floor and hair close to the sliding door ( not carefully cleaned) which has no bottom track so kind of dangerous for kids. It’s mentioned a number of times to be careful with it. The pull out bed was BROKEN!! We had to leave it out all day and night because it couldn’t be put away. Which made the place very small for 4 people which I asked if was ok since the place is listed as a 3 max. The dishwasher was broke and would have caused a flood I was told when I consulted a dishwasher repairman we met while visiting randomly (Uber driver haha) when I asked the property management company about these inconsistencies, the ice maker was also broke with out even a tray for making ice so plan for that, they said those amenities are not listed under the amenities. Which is true it’s not. The offered to have someone come in and look at the dishwasher but we declined as we decided to wash dishes by hand and let them do that on their own time. Oh no dish rack either. Also no bath mat so you will have to use the limited towels (pay laundry) to put down after your shower so kids don’t slip getting out. The bed was the biggest obstacle for us and since we are super hosts on another platform I have enough experience to know that they “maybe” just bent the bed back and called it fixed till the next person opened it. Only a replacement would have been a fix. I was offered 3% (not a typo) off my next visit to Hawaii as if that was payment for having a huge mattress in the middle of the room that no adult could sit on for fear of damaging it so much that it wouldn’t be fit to sleep on the next night and no couch at all since had to stay in a bed form. Ridiculous. VRBO customer support was 0 help and said I could only leave a review. No compensation at all.

Beautiful Room & Great Location

As soon as we opened the door, we all gasped. It was a perfect and had everything we needed. It was surrounded by great food and the mall was an easy 15 minute walk for the last minute stuff we forgot to pack. The ABC convenience store kiddy corner from the building was also extremely helpful supplying us with food, water, gifts, towels, and floatys. If you want to rent a car, there is also an enterprise that is diagonally located from the building. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would suggest is maybe add a pair of scissors so we’re not trying to cut through bags and tags off with knives 🙃 thank you so much for a great stay!

GREAT location!

Pros: This property is in a great location, right next to Waikiki beach with restaurants, stores, etc. Everything is in walking distance. Parking is connected to building which is very convenient. The interior and view were very comfortable. Detailed instructions on how to access the unit was very clear. Cons: Communication is via an app. The day we got to the room, the air conditioning wasn't turned on and it was difficult to figure out despite some instructions. When we called the number (very hard to find) nobody answered. By the time we figured out another number to call we figured out the A/C thank goodness. The toilet ran the entire time we were in the condo. We just kept the door closed so it wouldn't bother us while we were sleeping. We were too busy and it wasn't an nuisance enough to call it in. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, it was just picked up. Toilet was not wiped down and blanket provided for the couch was too dirty we were worried to use it. No hand towels provided for the kitchen so we used the bathroom ones. One of the drawers in the kitchen was missing (which made no difference to us). A mug was left out that we put away, but again, all things that made us weary and let us know this place was not thoroughly cleaned. Also, every night we came home we were met with roaches on the counter which was pretty gross. We never left food out and wiped down counters to try and control this, but did not make a difference. Also, the bar in the same building downstairs is loud at night and way past midnight you can hear people in the parking lot marina getting drunk. I am a deep sleeper and this woke me up in the middle of the night which was a nuisance. Rust in the bathroom tub could easily be fixed, not sure why it hasn't already been. Overall, none of these nuisance's ruined our stay, but I would look at another unit before staying in this one again. Perhaps a higher unit and possibly a different management company.
