Flott beliggenhet!
Vi bestilte dette hotellet pga beliggenheten ved stranden og nær Diamond Head. Vi ble ikke skuffet. Dette var et helt greit hotell, litt gammelt og slitt men helt ok. Flott beliggenhet ved stranden. Hotellet tilbyr utlån av strandstoler og strandparasoller samt annet utstyr, hvilket er er stor fordel da dette ellers er veldig dyrt å leie. Dette er en del av "resort fee" som kommer på toppen av prisen hos hotels.com, hvilket kan være greit å være klar over. Dette må man betale, det er ikke frivillig. Hotellet har også et lite, fint basseng og gratis liggestoler ved bassenget. Wifi fungerte fint i hele bygningen og faktisk også på stranden rett nedenfor. Det er en ABC store i tilknytning til hotellet, hvilket var veldig praktisk. Vår eneste anmerkning ved dette hotellet, var at vår bestilling ikke var registrert da vi kom. Etter å ha reist i 24 timer var dette ikke hva vi trengte, men resepsjonen løste det heldigvis raskt. Noe sier oss at grensesnittet mellom hotels.com og hotellet ikke er helt i orden... dette bør sjekkes. Ellers var vi strålende fornøyde og anbefaler hotellet til alle som vil bo nær stranden i utkanten av ellers støyende Waikiki.

Fabulous property/location! Amazing staff, great location, and lovely pool. Beds are comfortable and the soap/lotion amenities smell SO good! Would like to see the rooms upgraded a little, carpets are a bit old.

This place needs some serious renovation. The hallways rooms bathrooms are old and dirty. Rusting shower rods, ripped curtains faded dirty paint. Upon arrival we checked out the standard room which is small and dated. Too late to check out other hotels so decided to upgrade to a larger room. It was a tad “better” but not by much. Just had to suck it up and stay for three nights. Staff is very good and friendly, especially Gwen, and the lobby area is very nice, but that’s about as good as it gets.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Shore Waikiki. Our room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was wonderful. Very warm and polite staff from reception to valet. Retrieval of our vehicle was always very quick. This hotel is located conveniently in a very walkable distance from a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The beach and ocean access is literally across the street.

This place is right across the beach and has easy access to all the stores! The hotel itself is on the old side but it’s in a convenient location. The staff is very accommodating and attentive! We loved how they provided us with beach towels and free sunscreen. Great place to stay!

Hotel is reasonable and clean. location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A few negatives are noise from the road is quite loud sometimes and the room floor did not get cleaned while we where there. Also hotel charges a daily resort fee. Not sure how this is justified ? Overall a good experience and would recommend.

I like the setup of room , love the location walking distance to Royal Hawaiian , International Market & beach is just across street . The beach area is nice and not crowded .Staff are all friendly , efficient and helpful . Great location by the beach and Honolulu Zoo. We could easily walk or Uber to any different location. If I go back to Honolulu, I will definitely consider staying here again. Front desk staff were friendly and they even had reef-safe sunscreen and after-sun lotion in large pump dispensers in the lobby. Valet parking was fast and efficient. All in all it was a good deal and a wonderful place to stay!

My stay at the Park Shore Waikiki was everything I could hope for. It came well recommended by good friends who had stayed there several times in the past. The location is amazing; I had per my request a view of Diamond Head and it was stunning and sublime. The staff were all so very helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat!

Had a fantastic stay at Park Shore. It was our first time visiting Hawai’i, and staff were very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The view was gorgeous, and the close proximity to the ocean was unmatched! Loved sitting on the lanai throughout the day and enjoying the spectacular views of Diamond head and the ocean. Valet parking was very convenient. We appreciated the Sun Bum sunscreen in the lobby, as well as the fresh espresso every morning, among many other things. We enjoyed the beach towels and being able to use bodyboards and other beach equipment when we needed it. Honestly was such a wonderful stay, location was perfect for us and we were so thankful we chose to stay at park shore! If we come to Waikiki again, we won’t be staying anywhere else.

The fridge broke down on us. The AC broke as well. One manager wasn’t very accommodating when we expressed our complaints but Kana’i (Manager) was extremely great! every interaction with him was so nice! He’s so genuine and welcoming. Even when the soap dispenser in the laundry room took our quarters, he offered us 2 soaps, which says a lot and that he goes above and beyond for guests. And the valet fellas were also so awesome and helpful!

Hotel location was great since it was across the street from the ocean. And the zoo and park were on the side street. Easy to walk to parks, restaurants and shopping with most about 15 min walk. The ABC convenience stores were everywhere so easy to get water, quick foods like sandwiches, cut up fruit and beach necessities etc. Loved the trolley which has a stop on the same block and can take you around the area easily and inexpensively $5.50 for whole day pass. I chose the room because it was ocean front but was given a room that could see right inside rooms that faced the side street so not very private. Location not as peaceful as expected due to loud traffic constant throughout the day. Hotel was nice but pretty dated in the room and looked a bit worn. Stains on chair seat left me wondering what else wasn't cleaned. Internet was not easy to connect. Was told they would reboot the router on the floor. Could connect most times. Staff straightened room every other day but forgot toilet paper one time and towels another time. Pool was small and not located near a bar if you like to relax and have a drink by the pool. Rooms around the pool were called the lanai rooms and shared the pool area and lounges with other guests. Felt like I was intruding on their private space. But the beach was right across the road so convenient to access. Staff was pleasant and pretty responsive when asked.

Hotel was close to the beach and staff was quick to respond. Bathrooms could be cleaner (mold in grout and ceiling) and no ventilation in the bathroom. Rooms are small and retain a lot of humidity. Perfect location for the beach and area attractions

Hotel room with ocean view was incredible. Friendly and accommodating staff. In perfect walking distance to beach and shopping. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only downside is you are close to the street, beach and other rooms so I wouldn’t say it’s quiet. During my stay there were protesters right outside the hotel yelling into a megaphone for 2 hours. I was able to hear it even after closing the door and going inside. I will still give the hotel 5 stars because it’s worth it. Would love to come back.

Customer service was top notch. The reason for my trip was my birthday. When i checked in the staff gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. Allan in valet was a pleasure to be around. Always asking where we were going or what is on the agenda today? After a day he was calling me by name which made it a lot more personal. It was a nice touch. Location was great and Lulu's food is excellent!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Valet parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean. The water pressure and hot water were excellent. Vouchers for meals at Lulu’s before 5 o'clock were very handy and well used. The restaurant staff were just as welcoming and helpful as the hotel staff. Food was very good and fresh. The view of the beach and the zoo’s banyan tree is unparalleled. Enjoyed several sunsets from dinner. Great stay! Will stay again.
