booked a Oceanview one bedroom and they did not want to give it to me they stated I booked a partial when I did not. She then proceeded to finally give me my room and stated she was giving me an upgrade because that's not what I booked, but that she would give me a free upgrade to help me. I showed her what I paid for. I showed her the booking and she still said no it was very rude. When we went into our room, it smelled like urine. The room did look clean, but it had a very strong smell. The view honestly was very nice. But the room that we got was extremely hot. The AC was in basically the living room, and there was no AC in the bedroom. The bedroom was extremely hot. They had a fan in there only. When we asked for room service, they stated it's only after three days. And then we asked for another fan because it was so hot and I had my baby and they stated that unfortunately that I have any workers and I would have to wait maybe another day. They gave my mother-in-law for her booking two tickets for beach towels and told her if she lost them, she would have to pay $25 for each one, we did not receive any beach towel tickets even though they said they would provide it and they didn't. We had to go ask again a different person. The parking was extremely horrible super tiny and extremely crowded. You have to be extremely careful. This is our second time and the other parking that we had was nothing like this. also, they had small roaches. They went and sprayed.
