Nice property. Initial room near elevators was incredibly noisy and they moved me to a nicer room which was perfect although the tv kept going out. The elevator in my tower went out. So I had to hike around a bit to get to my room

Great hot water pressure. Great cold AC. Bed iwas comfy. Be aware of a $50...Resort fee...$50 Parking fee...$50...in taxes...will only accept a Hawaii drivers licence for proof of residency. Decent place to stay if you don't mind spending $500 a night. Food is good there. Coffee amenities in your room may be expired...check them before you make your coffee. Front desk folks no longer have chairs like they used to, so I guess management doesn't care about the front desk folks like they used to.

ホテルの目の前が海なので、朝、涼しい時間で海沿いを散歩するのが最高に気持ち良かった。 カラカウア通りまで徒歩3分ぐらい、他の有名なホテルも近いので、オプショナルツアーのピックアップ場所へのアクセスも便利。 ホテル内にABCストアが入っているので、深夜に飲み物を買ったりするのも全然困らなかった。 ホテルのスタッフの中に日本語が通じる方もいるので、親切に相談に乗ってくれました。 部屋はオーシャンビューではない部屋を予約したので、バルコニーはなく、窓のカーテンを開けると隣のコンドミニアムのような建物から丸見えになってしまうので要注意。 全体的にはコスパも良く大満足です。

Our stay here for our honeymoon was overall good. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. Some of the other guest were very loud in the middle of the night (yelling out on the beach) and the sliding balcony door was not as sound proof as we would have liked. Also, it would have been nice to have access to a microwave in our room without having to pay a $20 fee per day. The hotel was very clean and the area around was convenient for finding places to eat. The pool area was decent size but closed early (8pm) which I would have liked if it was open longer. I did like that breakfast was held 7a-11am instead of ending at 9am like most hotels, because we were able to sleep in everyday. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t have an issue with cleanliness however be aware if you rent a car you have a car that needs to be parked the charge is $50 per day not including tips. My second biggest issue is the lack of caring at night where they used a power washed up until 3am to wash down the grounds and the umbrellas. My husband and I ended our star 4 days earlier. The pool equipment/air conditioner/ gardening at early morning hours has left us with no choice but to leave.

Excellent quiet hotel. Of the three Outrigger properties in Waikiki, this one is in the best location. Close to shopping, yet off the main avenue, which keeps the noise to a minimum. Mattresses need replacing. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff provide exceptional service. Front house manager, So’o Tana, heard that it was my birthday, and whisked a basket of local goodies to our room. Special touches like that bring a smile to my face and fond memories to want to return. The property has only a sliver of beach access, but the generous size pool and multiple hot tubs compensate for that. The hotel has two restaurants, Monkey pods for fine dining with a good view of sunrises/sunsets, and a more casual grille to enjoy the pool or the evening entertainers. The hotel is terrific at communicating activities throughout the stay. It would have been helpful to know that with our hotel room key we had free access to Bishop Museum; however, we did not know about that until our last day. The property is spacious and has several shops and services within it, making it feel more resort like than some of the other nearby hotels.

When we checked in, we were recognized that we’ve stayed at Outrigger before. That was very nice. Gentleman who checked us in was so personable and friendly. The housekeeper was the sweetest lady. Every time she saw us she always greeted us and to always ask if we needed anything. All the employees at Outrigger were all friendly.

This hotel and its staff are absolutely exceptional!! Frank at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and almost like family. They have a special way of making you feel like you’re the only guest in the resort. What a fantastic experience! The hotel is right on the beach, close to all of the shops and restaurants. It’s paradise!

This is my 1st time & staff were VERY friendly & helpful. Property was very clean and maintained. It's just smaller than I'm used to with less amenities, like business room for working/meetings and just one pool.

4th time stay at this property, location is convenient. The only annoyance this time was the constant humming sound coming from some electrical eqpmnt or running motor outside, not sure? Our room was on the 3rd floor by the pool side. Couldn't sleep well because of it.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived from a cruise at 9 am and were able to access our room on arrival. An extended stay room on the same floor was also arranged for us as our flight wasn’t departing until 10 pm. Both accommodations were very much appreciated.

Nice location on the edge of Waikik beach. Beautiful view of Waikik beach area from our room. Beachfront. Walkable. Many dining locations within walking distance.
