The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This beautiful 8th floor condo has a lovely city view, a glimpse of the ocean, and is only 3 blocks away from the World-Famous Waikiki Beach! This spacious condo has a fully functioning kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs to make great family memories during your stay! Please sit back and relax in the airy living area that includes a large TV and comfy sofa sleeper. The lanai includes lounge chairs and side table so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the island sunrise!

This unit has a great bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a large window to let in all the natural light. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we ve got you covered! The bathroom right off the bedroom includes all you need, storage, large countertop, and a beautiful marble stone shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away a great day spent exploring the beautiful city of Waikiki!

High quality inflatable beds are available upon request in advance of your stay. Please contact us directly prior to your stay.

This unit comes with FREE parking for one vehicle (saving up to $50per day) , FREE Wi-Fi internet. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!

Fun in the Sun

Great location! Walked to everything!It was great having a kitchen and table seating. I would recommend the Waikiki Banyan and would stay here again.

Great stay

The unit was exactly as listed, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice dining table to sit and enjoy a meal, the living room was nice with two couches both converted into a bed very easily. The balcony was nice and had even a slight view of the ocean and also looked into the front of the property. The bedroom was nice and clean with two queen size beds. The mattress was comfortable no issues. The closet door was broken and did t close but other then that no issues even found two life jacked and some beach gear. The bathroom was very big and nice and the shower had great water flow and overall really nice with even a window for exhaust.The o ly thing wish they had was two beach chairs as there was only one and also maybe a cooler so you can take it on the outings for water and all. There was vacuum which was nice to keep the unit clean and overall one of the best units we stayed in. We visit yearly and always stay at the banyan for convenience reasons and also the whole vibe of the place

Was good and what was advertised. The only thing is review negatively is that the place was not clean when we got there and since it was after hours, there wasn't a super responsiveness to my calls. They did respond and got it cleaned within an hour. Also was somewhat confusing as to what the process was to find parking.

Free car parking and great location

The property was in a great location and can’t beat the free parking. They didn’t have a air mattress for us even though I had requested it months before when I booked. I requested it again the week before I arrived and still no mattress. They brought it finally the next night and I noticed it was wreaked and no possibility of working. The lady said she would bring another one which she did and it was brand new so that worked out well. Overall I would stay again there. Thanks Dawn -Alberta Canada stayed may 1 to may 4 /2024

802 Banyon

The unit was very very dirty to the degree we wouldn’t even cook in it. Bathtub clogged so wouldn’t drain when showering with water and hair backing up, so gross. General dirt on top of base boards, counter tops etc…that you can wipe off with paper towel. 12x12 throw carpet in living room very dirty. Toaster so greasy with multiple previous finger prints on it. Not happy at all and won’t be back. Prepaid many $$ based on photos etc. Can’t change once there. AVOID THIS UNIT!

Not Good to Terrible

The curtains were falling from the rods and stained. There was spilled food/liquid down the wall. The furniture is in disrepair and so filthy. Didn’t want to sit on the futons. No couch as shown in photos. The pans and cooking utensils are at least 5 years old and everything stuck to the pans and burned. The furniture looked like it has been picked up from a college dorm room and put into the space. This space needs to be reviewed and inspected for rent ability. Water pools on the patio from the air conditioning and you can’t avoid stepping in the puddle to use the patio. Very disappointed with this VRBO property.

My room was nice and clean,,would stay here again great for families with kids and free parking is a bonus!! I guess it depends on which room you get, we had no ants or bugs but other rooms had some. Everything was working on level six like the hot sauna, playground, hot tubs and bbque grills

Great location, short walk to the beach and Kapiolani Park. Parking was a huge plus. Toaster oven missing a rack so not useful as a toaster and takes up a lot of counter space, don’t really need a second oven.

I Got Exactly What I Paid For

My stay was very pleasant. I had no major issues. The only issue would be the cleanliness in the hidden areas, such as underneath the dresser, which it seemed like a few things may have been pushed under there from other vacationers. Other than that all was well that we observed.

Great spot !

Location is very convenient. The place is very close to the beach, and also it is about 10 mins walk from International Market Place, and 5 mins to the beach. Parking service great, but we had to search for a place everytime. Most of the time we found a place without any problem, but sometimes we had to search for a while (10-15 mins) because the parking was too overcrowded. Space is very good for a family vacation for 5 people. We had our freedom. The balcony is spacious too. Great view at 8th floor. Not too loud. However, toilet had no air ventilation, so we had to always open the window on top of shower, and leave the door semi-open to prevent the room from getting overheated. We had difficulty opening the sofa bedroom. And we noticed later that it was because it was already broken, that's why it was hard to open it. The pool was closed half of our stay, for maintenance, so we couldn't enjoy it. But that's on the hotel management. We tried to communicate with Koko resorts for some questions, via email, but we didn't receive an answer. However, at the end of our stay, we contacted them directly via phone, and we received a quick answer. So it's better to call them directly for questions. Overall, the room is very good for the location and the big space. Besides the sofa bed malfunction and the toilet not having air ventilation, the room was great. 4/5 !

Waikiki Banyan Review

The actual condo was clean inside, however there is only one AC unit in the living room. This made sleeping at night hot at times. The actual building wasn’t the cleanest but the room was fine. Sometimes it would be a long wait to get to the lobby since 2/4 elevators would be out of service. Makes sense due to the traffic of the building. The parking was included in the stay which was helpful. The parking lot is pretty tight so no big car would really fit. The check in and check out process was very easy. They just send you the key code via email and it worked the whole trip. There wasn’t noise from other rooms at night so that was another plus. The pool was actually nice but why stay at the pool when you’re a block from the beach and in Hawaii. The kitchen and the beach equipment on the balcony was useful as well. This was one of the more affordable vacation rentals in the area but it was an overall good stay and definitely did the job.
