The iconic Ilikai Suites are located at the gateway to Waikiki. Remodeled, Tastefully Furnished & Appointed. One of the only a few units with free parking.
Security included. WIFI included.
Friday evenings include free fireworks display with Hawaiian live music and hula dancing on the resort's lanai.

Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experiance. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Your Hawaiian holiday in a luxurious condo will be walking distance to Ala Moana mall, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shops and Waikiki attractions

Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night. Please be advised that guests staying in this condo will NOT have access to condo mailbox. Please consult with HVP rep in order to arrange alternative mailing options.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

What host? We inquired about leaving our luggage in the condo before 3 o'clock was told we would be notified when the condo would be ready. Never heard back.

Lovely high rise & clean building, the Condo had a wonderful & very comfortable KS bed, high quality linen/towels, everything we needed in kitchen, provided beach chairs/gear. Situated next door to Hilton Hawaiian, the gorgeous Lagoon & beach. Very close to public transport, pick up points for tours, lots of ABC shops & restaurants/cafes nearby. Great balcony to people watch & most importantly watch the Friday night free Fireworks display in front of the Hilton Lagoon - they were fab. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay in Honolulu again. I was a little worried when I realized the suite was right by the elevator, but you really could not hear it. The condo was just as advertised and we were very happy with our stay. We had one issue with the bathroom door not closing but it was fixed for us very quickly. The view from our balcony was beautiful one direction, but the other direction did not provide a lot of privacy as the neighbors balcony was looking right at ours. Some people may not mind but we love the outdoor spaces and this one just lacked a little privacy.The condo comes quite well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. A couple things that would be nice to add would be a small Keireg Machine as well as a few more teaspoons. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo for the beautiful location as well as the comfort and conveniences the suite offered.

The overall stay was great, room was great, the only issue was the door lock mechanism didn't always work right, we had to punch in code several times to get in room.

Nice little condo

The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen could have used a few more items like plastic wrap or bags, or some kind of containers to store left-over food, but there were enough dishes, cups and silverware. Parking was valet only so it took some time to get your car, but the people were great. Could have also used some directions about the pool. We tried to go down one night only to find out it was already closed. We also did not get any kind of close out directions, but I think everything was fine since we haven't heard anything. Overall it was a great alternative to a hotel room and it was in a great location. Also - I am glad they fixed the vertical blinds. New blinds worked great.

Pleasant stay in Waikiki

Parking is available but is NOT included. It’s an extra fee per day to park on site. Space was clean and comfortable. Was really nice to be able to use the kitchen while there. The shades are the plastic vertical track sliding blinds and there were a few panels missing. Due to the fact that the entire wall looking outside is just window, a few missing panels caused more light to stream through at night than preferred. The A/C in the room was a nice relief when returning from adventuring. The sound of the A/C also helped drown out the noice from the street since it’s in a pretty popular and busy location. We were able to see the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony, which was a nice surprise.

The property was in a great location, access to mall and eating was simple. The pool areas need updating but with short walk to beach we didn’t really use the pool. The room could use some type of privacy curtain over the lanai blinds since some were missing. Has everything you need to be able to make your stay good. We were there a week for our anniversary, first time to Hawaii.

Great ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The Ilikai is a great, historic property and this unit has an unobstructed view of the lagoon and ocean. The kitchen seemed recently renovated and had enough cookware for our needs and a dishwasher which was a plus. The bathroom could use a little updating but was very clean. The only minor issue we had was with the pullout couch, which was not completely laying flat. Communication with the property manager was very good and the couch was fixed the next day which we appreciated. It ended up not being comfortable enough for our daughter though, so we discovered a blow up mattress in the closet and used that instead. So I would say this unit is more for 2 people vs 3. But overall, we had a great stay.

Great vaca in Hawaii

Overall the accommodations were good. Close to the beach and walking distance to the main Waikiki strip. There are 2 pools with a decent amount of loungers. Friday night fireworks at the Hilton were great. Elevators are always so busy. Pesca restaurant on top floor was amazing for breakfast. The management company did not respond with an initial inquiry on the safety deposit box. Then the dishwasher hose broke and when I called, the voicemail box was full. So sent an email. They weren’t very responsive but when they got my email were quick to come and fix it. Other regular maintenance issues in the unit included - broken blinds, tap loose, hairdryer didn’t work.

This property was close to the water. Activities were within a 5-10 mins drive. Couple of eateries in walking distance like Red Lobster, Mc Donalds, Tropics bar. Door to condo was not connecting. Several blinds broken and thrown in the closet. Def not 4 stars. The hotel is but the condo is not. Called host about door not locking and he said he could come check it out but not tonight. Had just gt off a 5.5 hr flight and did not feel safe in unit. Host told us hotel normally doesn’t have theft. Expedia then was contacted and could not find another room based on it being close to midnight. Wanted me to pay a cancellation fee though I advised of my safety being a concerned.

Nice stay

Property was nice. Quieter location away from Hub bub of Waikiki but walking distance. Lagoon was great. Friday fireworks was fun. Unit was what we expected and desired. Just a few minor things would have made it perfect. Shower amenities as well as basic spices for cooking. We had to buy body wash and salt/pepper. Cooking spray or oil would be good as well. Just very basic things like that. Kitchen faucet worked but needed some attention. Plenty of towels. Nice patio set. Comfortable room. Would stay again. Just needed a few extra, Inexpensive touches.

Good place

This is a nice condo, they give everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay. It was little loud due to window air conditioning. Looks like the whole building has same issues. But location and clean place weigh in more than the noise. You get to see fireworks from balcony of this condo. Good place surely we will come back.

Best Vrbo

This is the best Vrbo in which we have stayed. It is updated, conveniently located, and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners clearly take pride in their property, and it makes one want to treat it as if it was there’s. An outstanding value.

Ilikai Stay

We were on O’ahu for our niece’s high school graduation. Although it rained all week, Sunday proved to be blue skies and warm weather! It was a beautiful ceremony. Staying at the Ilikai was great! We took advantage of Sunday and Monday of blue skies and warm pool water at both pools. Just chilled out and relaxed. We will be back next year for sure!

Great location and apartment

We always stay at the Ilikai and have stayed in different units throughout the years and like the lagoon view over the harbor view. This apartment is great - it is clean and has a view of the Friday night fireworks as well as the Hilton luaus which occurs multiple nights. It is also very close to the elevator too vs other units. The Ilikai also has a washer/dryer so you can wash your clothes. Also, some beach chairs were provided. A few suggestions to improve the stay: 1) have a light in the shower, it is dark taking a shower 2) add a light for the lanai there is also no light there 3) add dish soap (there is a sponge but no soap). Overall we were happy and you will enjoy your stay there!
