Hawaii’s warm, tropical environment means that occasional insects can naturally be present from time to time. As part of the building’s ongoing preventive maintenance program, scheduled pest-control treatments and inspections may take place periodically throughout the year, including
during guest stays.

These are routine building-wide maintenance services and are not necessarily related to any
issue within the individual unit.

When a visit is scheduled during your stay, advance notice will be provided whenever possible, along with any applicable access or scheduling details.

This notice is provided in advance so guests are aware of the building’s regular maintenance practices prior to booking. We appreciate your understanding as these preventive measures help maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property for all residents and guests.
