The Space:
High above Waikiki, ocean and bay views stretch beyond the skyline as trade winds drift through the open lanai doors. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking the water, and evenings settle into city lights shimmering below. From this 36th-floor retreat, you experience island living with an elevated perspective in the heart of it all.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 4 | 1 bedroom | 2 beds | 1 bath. The bedroom features a king bed, closet, dresser, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. A sliding door separates it from the living area for added privacy. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, well suited for children or occasional use. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for comfort.
Living space
An open living area connects seamlessly to the private lanai, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. A 43 inch HDTV with standard cable offers relaxed evenings in, and fast wifi - 201 Mbps - supports streaming, remote work, or video calls across multiple devices. An Ethernet connection is also available. A window AC unit keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides space to cook your own meals, with full-size appliances and generous prep areas. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or sitting down for dinner at the dining table, everything is arranged for easy, at-home dining. Coffee is ready when you are.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity storage, and bathroom essentials for your arrival. Paid washer and paid dryer are available in the building, with laundry rooms located on each floor for convenience.
Outdoor living
Step onto your private patio or balcony - your own lanai above Waikiki - furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area. An electric BBQ grill adds another way to enjoy relaxed island evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making shoreline outings simple and spontaneous. Guests also enjoy shared beach access nearby.
Building amenities
Free parking garage on premises - 1 space - is included with your stay, along with elevator access and self check-in via keypad. The home is single level with no stairs inside. An EV charger - level 2 - is available on-site.
The building also offers a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
