Online it looks wonderful, in person totally different floors caving in patch up work doors don't close .On arrival the door needed a frame and wouldn't shut .After a stressful wait to find a solution we were moved but lost hours in our day

Convenient

Good location, close to beach and easy parking. Playground and pool was nice for our 2 year old. The place is a bit more run down than we had expected and it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked (random sticky spots on floor). The property manager was great though and willing to have someone come out to clean again immediately. We opted out of it since we wanted to just get on with our trip

Great condo

The condo was exactly as described and very clean upon arrival. Only a 3 minute walk at most to Waikiki beach. It had all the necessities needed to cook and worked well for our family of 4. The mattresses on the 2 queen beds are quite firm, not our favourite but they were ok. The kids didn’t complain about the pull out bed but you can’t expect too much with a mattress on those. It was great having a washer and dryer in the condo, especially with washing beach towels every other day. There was no sand bags for the corn hole game they have on the patio. We were hoping there was going to be some boogie boards as previous rentals had in the past, there was 1 small one sized for a young kid, so we purchased 2 and left them at the condo, hopefully they remain there for future guests to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. All the necessities are there for cooking and laundry. We only slept on the beds (didn’t need sofa bed) and they were comfortable. The outdoor space was so cool to view both the ocean and the mountains! Check in was so smooth. A nice long text was sent with very detailed instructions on how to park, how to get to and into the room. And a text on check out day with timing and items to leave behind. This location is also blocks from Waikiki beach and the downtown walking area, it was so easy to get around both by car and on foot.

Great Condo and Location

I cannot give this stay a great review because we did have a an issue that was never resolved. Although the contract says that you can notify the rental property management or host at anytime I found this not to be the case. The condo itself was PERFECT! Management was NOT! I was there to celebrate my birthday with my best friend and my niece. The property is very vulnerable as I never saw any security. Everyone and anyone has access to the complex which meant that we had a few unwanted visitors. People knocking on our door all hours of the day and night. One person tried to to get into our condo, claimed that the management property requested him to come and look inside our condo, we refused and told him to leave, which he did. However this being said when I reached out to my host a couple times, Byron I never received a call back . I tried to call the emergency number and again never heard from them. Therefore I cannot recommend this property management especially if you are planning a trip with just females'.

Unbeatable distance to the beach. Bathroom had a weird smell I won’t be missing, maybe mold where the mounding between the tub and floor are. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place.

Nice unit

Loved having the outdoor deck all to ourselves and the washer and dryer was a major plus!!! Beds and pull out were uncomfortable that would be my only complaint but other than that we had an amazing family vacation! Would stay here again!!! Byron was very fast at communicating!!

Convenient Location

Convenient location and clean overall. Room needs a dust pan. The smell in the restroom was horrible and paint was peeling off the restroom sliding doors. The tri-part sliding doors separating the bedroom to living area kept sliding off the tracks. No bean bags for the corn hole. We were disappointed but utilize the recreation area on our level. Having the washer and dryer in the room was a PLUS! Great customer service from Captain Hook Management team. Our rep was awesome by providing us with specific details that really made our check in process smooth.

Would Book Them Again

This condo is one of the best locations for Oahu. Everything can be in walking distance. It also has everything one would need, we did not have to go buy household items (detergent, air freshener, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). The patio is ginormous. Bathroom is small, but has a bidet! Byron was the best, he answered all my calls and was attentive. Will come again.

Nice home

My family of 6 stayed there for 1 week. The property included a parking pass and a washer and dryer which made it very convenient for us. It did get hot in the unit at times. The AC unit is low to the ground. They had most of the things we needed to enjoy our vacation, rice cooker, boogie boards, beach tent and beach umbrella. Only thing I would suggest is adding full body size mirror and better sweeper and dustpan. Or provide a vacuum. The low to the ground dust pan made it hard to clean.

Wonderful stay in Waikiki!

I highly recommend this property. The apartment is well maintained, clean and has a humungous balcony. It is also located on the sixth floor where the pool and other recreation facilities are. It is about a block from Waikiki beach so it is a short and easy walk. Parking was always available. We had a wonderful experience there!

Great Location and Friendly Management

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was the perfect size for a family of 6 traveling. The management for the property was very kind and helpful. My only dislike was the air conditioner. It is small and does not adequately cool the entire condo (especially if you are running the dryer). We discovered if you cracked the two doors it would pull air into the living room and make it comfortable during the daytime. So, if you are used to cooler temps. Otherwise, everything was great!

Condo Facilities

We enjoyed and definitely will return to Condo 612 Tower 1...however there are a couple things being updated will really make the place more desirable i.e. more towel racks in bathroom, a long dress mirror mounted on door or wall in the sleeping area, a new or better coffee pot...oh we love the Bidet!:-)

Great rental, great location

This rental is ideal for a family with its indoor and outdoor space. Unit was very clean, close to everything, and has a great private space for relaxing after spending the day in town and on the beach. Very accessible, parking garage is a plus. Check in process was smooth and property manager is very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and perfect amount of space

The check in process was easy, the room was clean and fit my family. The washer and dryer in unit was amazing! We used the Lanai for breakfast and to hang and watch the sunset. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great location, easy check-in process, clean and huge lanai

Overall my family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, but size wise, smaller than expected. The location is great if you're trying to be closer to Waikiki beach, only a couple of streets down. Easy access to our room and very close to the community pool/playground, which my kids enjoyed. It was nice that they provided some beach equipment like foldable chairs, umbrellas, a body board and an insulated bag for beverages. Our room included a huge patio (lanai) which was the selling point for me, but in the end, we didn't utilize it at all except for drying our clothes. They could do so much with that space, so much potential. We did also notice that since the patio is on the 6th floor I was discovering people's personal belongings dropping on to our lanai (crayons, towels, cell phone mounts...etc) Overall, 4 out 5 stars, I'd book again.

Not exactly as pictured

For the most part our stay went well. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the unit was a good size for our family. The property manager was great. He was easily accessible and addressed our needs when things came up. However, the unit itself was in need of some repairs. The towel bar in the bathroom was falling off, the sliding door to the patio did not slide smoothly and did not lock well. The door knob to the front door was loose which raised safety concerns. There were ants in the kitchen area and many of the dishes were not clean. It seemed like the previous visitors just rinsed the dishes and placed them back in the cabinets with grease on them. We had to wash the dishes before using them. The patio furniture was old and in poor condition and there was no patio umbrella unlike in the pictures online. This was disappointing as we looked forward to spending some time out there.

Dirty and needs repairs

This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Property manager was quick to respond but did not do much for the issues we had. The place was dirty and falling apart. Lots of damage and paint peeling off the walls. There was empty beer cans and cigarette butts all over the terrace which made the terrace unusable. They said they would send cleaners to take care of it but they never showed up. Very disappointed in our stay.
