Pics are deceiving. The beds are so hard that I could not sleep the four nights that I stayed here. I paid $50 USA extra a night for the first class room thinking the bed would be better, but after I upgraded, was told the bed matresses are all the same. They could not give me an extra duvet to put underneath me because they don't "have any" which I find hard to beleive. I had to fold my duvet into 3 and sleep on it but still was very uncomfortable. The AC is blasting cold air at night regardless of the weather outside (it was mild while I was there) and I had no covers other than my own personal towel. There is a space above the closing door and a light that stays on all night shining directly into the room, which is distracting. You cannot turn on your TV or talk on the phone in the room even during the day. The walls are so thin that you hear every movement and door opening even on the other side. When I inquired about the first class room over the phone, I was told that there is a seperate bathroom and shower area for first class. That is not the case.
The common areas are constantly dirty: kitchen, toilets and showers. People don't clean up after themselves and I never saw any cleaning staff throughout the day cleaning the common areas. The economy "room" is just a small bed and you can't even stand up straight in room. The business room is the same size but with standing room. The first class room is half decent but still not worth the price I paid.
