The space
This fully renovated 1-bedroom condo on the 10th floor of the Waikiki Banyan comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. A sliding panel door separates the bedroom from the living area, giving the layout a sense of privacy that works well for couples traveling with children or a second guest. Single-level throughout, with elevator access from the lobby, the home is easy to move through from the moment you arrive.
Living area
The living room is set up for easy evenings in, with a 65-inch Smart TV with standard cable, window AC unit, WiFi, and Ethernet connection. A dining table seats four, and a pull-out sleeper sofa provides a comfortable option for children or a second pair of guests. The room opens directly to the private lanai, letting the indoor and outdoor spaces connect naturally throughout the day.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking - whether that means a quick breakfast before the beach or a full dinner in. Appliances include a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, blender, rice maker, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, and coffee are all provided. A freezer and ample prep space round out a kitchen that is genuinely ready to use.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed, 50-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and a closet and dresser for clothing storage. Direct access to the bathroom from the bedroom adds convenience for longer stays. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all supplied.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination with hot water, hair dryer, iron, and a full set of Essentiel Elements Bathe toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are provided as part of the essentials.
Outdoor living
The private lanai offers open-air views of the mountains and city skyline, with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area for morning coffee or an easy meal with a view. Sun loungers, a shared electric BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground are also available within the building.

A bright and clean refuge in the bustle of Waikiki. Beach and many restaurants are in walking distance. On site parking very convenient. A great place to stay!
Great views and location for walks in Waikiki or easy access to the H1. Parking a huge bonus. Beach chairs, cooler, towels all provided. Perfect lodging, look forward to next booking.
This was a great place to stay, walkable to the beach and everything in Waikiki. We rented a car for further exploration and having a parking pass was a definite plus! Host was very communicative. Would stay here again.
The condo was a nice size, the views were great. The location is awesome. Having a full kitchen allowed us to have some meals in and fill the fridge with food for the whole week. It is an easy walk to anywhere in Waikiki.
This was an excellent find for our week in Honolulu. Located a very short walk from the beach, this high rise condo was convenient to EVERYTHING. Basics provided by the owner (bring your own beach towels if you use a lot) and FREE parking.
Really nice property. We enjoyed our stay. We had two minor problems and the management took care of them immediately. Great communication too. My wife and I highly recommend this property.
Quiet convenient location. The spacious corner apartment was very well appointed with everything I needed to begin my holiday. The Air-conditioning was noisey but it was ok with ear plugs.
Walking distance to everything, fabulous beaches 5 min walk away. A well appointed apartment with a view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable.

A great spot in Waikiki. One block from the beach with a good access to highway. Clean and breezy in the evening. No parking spot assigned and the garage can get pretty full at the end of the day.
Lovely spot, just far enough away from the crazy of Waikiki beach but close enough to walk to dinner, shopping or hanging out on the beach. We stayed at a beachfront hotel for two nites after staying at this location, and we much preferred staying at this location, as it was quieter. View of the mountains was gorgeous, and the lanai was perfect for having an afternoon drink or a morning coffee or tea. Would return for sure!

Lack of elevator service was a bit of a hassle; we had to use the stairs often.
No pots or pans which made it impossible to utilize the kitchen more fully and cook a couple of times for the family.
