The Space:

Thirty-six floors above Waikiki, the rhythm of the city softens while ocean views stretch endlessly ahead. The beach, dining, and shopping are all within easy walking distance, yet up here you feel pleasantly removed from it all.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, and closet storage, separated from the living area by a sliding door for added privacy. In the living room, a sectional sofa offers additional sleeping space and a comfortable spot to unwind. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, cotton guest supply linens, and essentials create a restful retreat after a day out.



Bathroom and comforts

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a glass door and a spacious vanity. Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, along with cleaning products. A window AC unit keeps the space comfortable year-round, and fast wifi - 212 Mbps - supports streaming, video calls, or remote work. A 55 inch HDTV with standard cable and an ethernet connection offer easy entertainment options.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and designed for everyday ease. Prepare meals at home, enjoy casual breakfasts at the dining table, or plan the day ahead before heading out. A shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, elevators, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space add convenience to your stay. Laundry rooms with paid washer and paid dryer are available in the building.

Located in Waikiki Banyan Tower 2, the condo is about a twenty-minute drive from Honolulu Airport. Self check-in with keypad makes arrival seamless. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
