You can walk everywhere to shops, great restaurants, fitness club, Waikiki Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, The historic Kapiolani park, Diamond Head crater, the picturesque of the Ala Wai Canal, and public Tennis Center. Convenience stores ABC are around the corner.

Most guest do not rent a car because of the unit’s great location. VIP Car Rentals is located next to the building. Rent a car for the day and return it at night to save on parking costs. There are two public parking garages under each of the towers on property with approximately 15 stalls each. Parking in Waikiki fills up towards the dinner hour. Tower 1 public parking garage is located at 2463 Kuhio Ave Honolulu, HI 96815. Look for the sign that says “Public Parking”. If one parking lot is full try the other parking garage under tower 2 located at 2450 Prince Edward St, Honolulu, HI 96815 look for the sign that says “Public Parking.” Garage height clearance is 5’9. This Public Parking Garage is pay to park. $2- 30 Min, $4 - 1 hr and $30 - 24hrs.

State Transient Accommodations Tax: 11% of room rate
Honolulu County Transient Accommodations Tax: 3% of room rate
General Excise Tax: 4.712% of room rate
These taxes will be applied to all reservations. These charges are in addition to the room rate per night and one time cleaning fee. All fees are included upon booking the unit.

Please do not hang your towels or swim shorts/ bathing suits over the balcony wall. If the unit is fined for this, the fine of $60 will be passed on to the guest.

Check out time is at 11:00am and check in time is at 3:00pm. If you are arriving at a later time it is no problem. There is a mail box with a code to access your elevator fob and entry into the unit is the last 4 digits of the phone # you booked your reservation with.
