«7 days straight and absolutely 0 complaints. Well kept, clean, and quiet. Awesome neighborhood also surrounded by 10 acre farms. Can’t say enough….I didn’t know about a pool, but I am sure it’s as good as the everything g else so I gave it a 5 also.»

«Beautiful property and very welcoming! We had just spent 4 nights in Kona and it was such a relief to get away from the crowds and have such a peaceful and private retreat. Everything from the home to the grounds to the pets are so obviously loved and well cared for! Would love to stay again some day!!»

«The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our space. That evening there was a cockroach in the kitchen area that went under the cabinets. The next evening the cockroach was going along the wall near the ceiling around the room. I made the host aware and never received a response. When walking outside and to the vehicle, be aware of spider webs between the trees. There are quite a few eye level that we had to duck and dodge to not hit. »

«House was very unique and fun with the wrap around second level porch/lanai. House was clean, each of the three rooms had its own full bathroom w/ shower. Beds were large. View was amazing and you can hear the waterfall on the property. Check in/out was easy, good communication with the host. The description did not clearly state that the only stairway between the levels was outdoor therefore requires you to unlock the door by keypad when going from one level to the other. This was not a big ...

«Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) »
