My husband and I stayed in the Ohana room which had air conditioning but the upstairs was also very comfortable. We used the pool more than I anticipated and it was great. «The property was beautiful, clean and really spacious. We had a family of 15, with 2 infants and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of parking for our rentals. Contacting Tin and Linda was very easy. When we had any issues or questions, they responded pretty fast. Location of the property was perfect. «This cute apartment reminds me of my grandma’s place. Apartment is older, but it has everything that you need in there. It is walking distance to a small bay where you can snorkeling with beautiful fishes. There is a fruit stand right outside where you can get local fruits. Kay, the owner is super nice and friendly. The only down side is the apartment is on second floor and can get pretty warm in summer time. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay. »

As two people in our 70’s, we had to exert a great deal of energy to get our luggage down the driveway and up the outdoor stair! Once we loaded in everything was perfect!»

«We loved our time here. The location is unbeatable. The pool, hot tub, and slide were used everyday. My fiance and I decided to get married on the lanai while we were there!! We had a traditional Hawaiian ceremony at sunset and it exceeded our expectations. We saw whales and rainbows and no one wanted to go home. Highly recommend. Only issues - the oven is older and the bake setting no longer works. The grill is also outdated and only 2 burners worked..it ran out of propane part way through ...

«The views from the unit were beautiful, some of us woke up early and enjoyed the morning crashing waves. The sunsets were breathtaking and it was in close driving range from downtown Kona. The description says AC, however that is only true in 2 of the rooms, the rest of the house is very warm throughout the day, even with the ventilated window strategy. Beaches were in walking distance, not on the property, but the pool was nice and clean. No shoes were allowed in the house, that was a surprise ...
