We enjoyed kayaking to the spring which is right around the corner and enjoying local restaurants by boat. Justin was very helpful and easy to contact and the house was clean and tidy. «We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. Layout of house is nice, master on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close off the hallway to keep noise level down if you have kids. «Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. »
