«Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. Easy walking distance to a great donut shop and the historic downtown. Don Peppe was one of the best Mexican Restaurants any of us have ever eaten at just 5 minutes from the house. The Singing ...

«This was our second stay, we love this house! The location on the river is perfect, the home is so spacious and always clean. Everyone has their own space and room to spread out. We enjoyed watching the manatees swimming right by the dock! The host is extremely friendly and responsive, we will definitely be staying again soon.»

«We loved the location with a short boat trip to the springs. The backyard area with fire pit was Thoroughly enjoyed. We rented a boat and was out most of the day. My only recommendation, if you like soft pillows, make sure you bring one with you.»

«The house and surrounding areas were perfect for boating, fishing, and snorkeling. The property was very clean and full of great amenities. The dock was perfect for a sizeable boat and the kyaks were a great addition. The location of the canal outlet onto the main river was very convenient and is about halfway between the Gulf and the springs upriver. We will definitely be booking this property again.»

«This fantastical residence is the perfect place for a true relaxing vacation. The home is exceptionally clean with a great cooks kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The true magic of this property is the large screened back patio overlooking the multi level docks on the river. Fishing was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is a short 10-15 minute drive. This property has now become our go to choice for future stays in the area. 5 stars.»

«From age 5 to age 68, we all had fun! Kayaking, manatees, fishing, and a large open homey place offered the perfect grt-together place. Convenient to stores and restaurants, it was a lovely place and area.»
