"Wir haben uns mit befreundeten Familien getroffen. Es war genug Platz für alle da. (6 Erw.,6 Kinder) Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe ausgewählt und die Lage total idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das mit der Sauna und dem Pool in der Anzeige nicht zu 100% ersichtlich. Die Sauna ist in einem anderen Gebäude und kostet extra und der Pool ist im Dorf. Das hat unseren Kurzurlaub jedoch keineswegs geschmälert (hätten eh keine Zeit...

"Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Harz mit Freunden verbracht. Uns war aus persönlichen Gründen wichtig, dass wir 3 Schlafzimmer haben. Dafür haben wir dann auch gerne etwas mehr Geld ausgeben. 3 Schlafzimmer waren inseriert. Die Wahrheit ist folgende: vom Wohnzimmer kommt man in ein Schlafzimmer (Durchgangszimmer!!), von dort aus in einen kleinen Flur in dem ein Hochbett steht. Von diesem Flur dann in eine fensterlose Kammer und ins Bad. Wenn man also zum WC wollte musste man durch...

"Leider war alles sehr abgewohnt. Fernseher im UG war kaputt. Rauchmelder fehlten teilweise. Lattenroste kaputt. OG gingen Fenster in Bad und Küche nicht zu öffnen. Stockflecken in der Dusche. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Im Garten hätte man rasen mähen können und auf den Wegen Unkraut Knie hoch! Aber tolle Umgebung!!"

Der Außenbereich sollte mehr gepflegt werden, neue Gartenmöbel etc., auch im Objekt gibt es verschiedenes was gemacht werden muss, bsp. Wasserversorgung, Fenster, Fernseher,Türen ... wer es recht einfach, etwas rustikal mag, ist hier richtig. Positiv: das Notfall Telefon funktioniert super. Auch sonst hat der Ort selbst etwas reizvollst."
