"Nice clean Hotel. The bar and restaurant are lite like a leisure centre which we found detracted from the atmosphere.
Dining it the restaurant we had to ask twice for water, the waiter left the wine for us to open ourselves (screw top) and was unable to name the cheeses on the cheese board when it arrived, we had to then ask him to find someone who could.
Dining in the bar we were directed to order at the bar where I waited 10 minutes for a member of staff to come from the restaurant. Other guests were also made to wait for someone to come and serve them.
There should be a bell on the bar to indicate that people are waiting. Better training required here.
The reception staff were excellent."
