    Lucky Me Too is located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Situated in an ideal location right across from Anna Maria Island Public Beach! This newly updated, two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is a one minute walk to beaches and steps away from the free island trolley. The screened lanai overlooks the heated pool that is shared with a small number of units. An added bonus there is undercover parking that accommodates two cars and the townhome sleeps up to six guests. This townhome has a master bedroom with a King bed, plus the guest room also has a King. The property has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, and beach towels for guest use.

    Lucky Me Too is conveniently located near the main shopping areas. The townhome is walking distance to Publix supermarket, a drug store, shopping stores and restaurants. Across the street you'll find the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe, offering their famous pancake breakfast, live music and expansive white beaches. Walk the powdery sandy beach for miles in either direction and enjoy the amazing Gulf Coast warm waters and spectacular sunsets.

    Bike, drive or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters, and a marina.

    This townhome participates in a professional linen program so that you can rest well in luxury.

    Payment and Cancellation Terms

    At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

    We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

    Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

    Additional Information

    We generally require a minimum night stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

    Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

    Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Amazing!

Our family of 5 stayed at Lucky Me Too for a week while enjoying everything AMI has to offer. This condo is situated in a perfect location, close to everything. Walk less than 100 yards to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed breakfast across the street at the AMI Beach Cafe several mornings. This condo was comfortable and clean! The pool was not crowded at all, most days we were the only guests at the pool. Highly recommend this place! We are already planning our next trip!

Lucky to stay at Lucky Me Too

This is our 2nd stay at Lucky Me too! We have been to AMI 5 prior times and this location is by far the best ! Literally just steps from the beach . The balcony has a view of the water. The condo is spacious and decor is modern. The beds and linens are good quality. The kitchen is well stocked . Coolers, beach chairs and umbrella available. The pool is heated and well maintained. We cannot wait to return! Oh … also Skinny’s and the Bamboo Beach Bar is literally across the street . Publix and CVS steps away !

Cozy Townhome

This is our second time staying at Lucky Me Too! It is a very clean and comfortable townhome. Very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with nice utensils and cookware. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very nice bedding and linens. Decorated with soft beach tones and colors. Nice decorations. Not over done. Beautiful pool and pool furniture. Liked having access to beach chairs and beach cart. Very close proximity to Manatee Beach. A Shore Thing Co was very easy to deal with, good communication!

The property was in excellent condition. Newly renovated and well stocked. Very clean and comfortable king sized beds. Although it was convenient to manatee beach the traffic from being on the corner was noticeable. Price was fair. It was missing the beach wagon that was advertised That would have helped with trips to the beach

PERFECT!

LUCKY US . . . is the temporary new name we gave LUCKY ME TOO during our visit!! My girlfriends and I spent time at LUCKY ME TOO and found it to be perfectly located to everything we needed. It's CLOSE location to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife was crazy! The free shuttle picks you up across the street, takes you anywhere you need to go, and is so easy to access. The host provides an extensive list of restaurants, conveniences, and things to do that you wish you could stay for a month and check them all out! All this and I haven't even talked about the LUCKY ME TOO unit itself! This property is clean, bright, perfectly laid out, and has everything you would need. We loved the open living room / kitchen for conversing, laughing, and sharing stories. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus - along with the covered parking and easy access to the pool! I know I have used a lot of exclamation marks in this review, but I just can't help it!!!!! If you want a PERFECT place to stay, you will want to stay here. You can even use our temporary name once you arrive, because you will feel like LUCKY US!
