«Internet fast. We thought we were staying at a 4 star hotel but some staff really need better training as well as the valet parking. Half the time we parked and retrieved our own car but we are paying for the valet price. Breakfast is exactly same everyday and we noticed the fruits just rotting away near the end of our stay. In room only had two large paper cups and
we are supposed to use them for brushing teeth as well as for our coffee. I asked the front desk how we are supposed to use the ...

«Kjempe fint rom, perfekt lokasjon: både kort vei til Hollywood skiltet, universal, hollywood blvd og praktisk til motorveien for å komme seg til andre steder. Fin og praktisk parkering.

«Store rom, pluss for microbølgeovn og kjøleskap. Trekk for veldig sterk og sjenerende lukt fra kafeen i underetasjen. Har bodd på rom i det andre bygget tidligere, og det var mye bedre. Vanskelig å styre dusjen, og veldig svak stråle. Ellers støvete/møkkete gulvteppe, og bør renoveres. Bra lokasjon og veldig bra Diner i underetasjen. »

«This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel, and we can definitely recommend it. This time around we did feel that the service was a little inconsistent - it was generally good, with the exception of one receptionist who made us feel unwelcome more than once during our 11 days long stay. Our overall experience was still great due to the rest of the staff. The manager, Javier, really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.»
