Welcome to our 4 Bed/4 Bath Luxury Lodge on pristine Lake Taneycomo. This two-story lodge is fully equipped with virtually everything you will need.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of the beautiful Lake Taneycomo. The luxury kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.

The lodge features three private king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two spacious king suites feature vaulted ceilings accented by beautiful exposed wood beams. The lakefront primary suite is especially impressive, offering incredible views of Lake Taneycomo right from the bedroom, along with a luxurious ensuite featuring a fully tiled walk-in shower. Between the two upstairs suites is a comfortable loft with a Smart TV and sleeper sofa—a perfect space for children who want their own place to relax while still staying close to Mom and Dad.

One additional king suite is conveniently located on the main level, with its own ensuite bath. Perfect for the kids, the second main-level bedroom features a full-over-queen bunk bed with room for up to four children. The adjoining dual-access bathroom opens to both the bedroom and main living area, offering added convenience for the whole family.

Step outside to your private patio with a gas grill and dining for 6, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the peaceful surroundings in your private hot tub!

A note about Lake Taneycomo: Lake Taneycomo is best enjoyed for world-class trout fishing, kayaking, scenic boating, and relaxing on the water. Because it is a cold, moving-water lake, recreational activities such as tubing, waterskiing, and wakesurfing are generally not recommended.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

The Week Following Memorial Day Until the 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues/Wed, Tues/Wed –Saturday, Sat - Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

*No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings.
