Reiser til Rock Hill

Fin beliggenhet, men dårlig isolerte rom. Støy fra gangen, men ikke minst fra restauranten som de leide ut til en fest der de spilte svært høy musikk gjennom hele første dagen. Ingen beklagelse fra management. Drar definitivt ikke tilbake.

Flott og rent hotel! Sentralt.

Would not recommend this to anyone with the current management. We had trouble with a booking error resulting in having 2 units reserved instead of 1 and the hotel and Expedia both blamed each other without any willingness to resolve the matter. Before arrival we had to pay an extra facility fee in order to receive the door code. This was not informed on forehand. When we arrived at the hotel some other guest where standing outside having the same issues regarding door code and they ended up having to leave because the hotel had overbooked and could not provide a room for them. The room was clean upon arrival, but there was no cleaning, change of towels and emptying of trash bins during our 6 day stay. The rooms were quite worn down and did not reflect the images in the ad. It is too bad that the services provided by the hotel were so lacking, since the potential for a good stay in a nice and central neighborhood are excellent.
