    Manor is a breathtaking French Provincial homestead tucked in the rural enclave of Holgate — wraparound verandahs, stately proportions, a sparkling pool with cabana, a combustion fireplace, and Fires Creek winding through 2.5 lush acres of cottage gardens and towering established trees. For couples and families who want something genuinely unlike any other property, this is it.



    The Space:

    Manor is a single-level French Provincial homestead of grand and unhurried proportions — the kind of property that reveals something new and beautiful around every corner. Stately rooms filled with natural light, wrap-around verandahs connecting every space to the gardens, and a 2.5-acre block where cottage gardens mingle with towering trees, a sparkling pool and cabana, and Fires Creek winding quietly through the grounds. It sleeps 7 guests across three bedrooms, and from the moment you arrive, the feeling is one of total escape — the Central Coast's most distinctive rural retreat, yet just 20 minutes from the beach.



    What We Love



    The Grounds & Gardens:

    Two and a half acres of lovingly tended cottage gardens — climbing roses, towering established trees capturing the breeze, and immersive green views from every room and verandah of the homestead. This is a garden that invites you to wander, to find a quiet corner, and to simply be somewhere genuinely beautiful. The kind of property that garden lovers will return to for years.



    Fires Creek:

    Fires Creek runs through the property — a gentle, tree-lined waterway that gives Manor its most magical quality. On summer evenings, fireflies appear along the creek bank in one of those genuinely rare natural spectacles that guests talk about long after they leave. In winter, the creek takes on a different beauty — quiet, misty, and completely private. The creek is the soul of this property and there is nothing else like it anywhere on the Central Coast.



    The Pool & Cabana:

    A sparkling in-ground pool surrounded by lush garden — with a large cabana and adjoining bathroom completing a private summer resort setting. Long pool afternoons while the birdlife moves through the garden around you, and the absolute quiet of 2.5 private acres in every direction.



    The Wraparound Verandahs:

    Wraparound verandahs seamlessly connect the homestead to the gardens on every side — the morning coffee verandah, the afternoon reading spot, the evening sundowner perch.     The Location:

    Manor sits in Holgate — one of the Central Coast's most coveted rural enclaves, nestled between the Bouddi National Park and the rolling coastal hinterland. Terrigal and Avoca Beach are just 15–20 minutes by car, putting two of NSW's finest beaches within easy reach for day trips. The Fires Creek Botanical Winery — named for the same creek that runs through the property — is nearby. Gosford and the broader Central Coast are minutes away. You are completely in the country, and the coast is just around the corner.



    Manor is the Central Coast's best kept seasonal secret — a property that offers something genuinely extraordinary in every month of the year. Summer means firefly evenings by the creek, long pool afternoons in the cabana, and the gardens at their most lush and colourful. Autumn brings the trees into their finest colour and the verandahs into daily use as the air cools and the garden goes golden.



    Winter is when Manor reveals its most intimate character — the combustion fireplace glowing in the grand living room, morning mist in the cottage garden, the creek at its quietest and most beautiful, and the wraparound verandah with a coffee and a blanket as the property wakes slowly around you.     The Neighborhood:

    Holgate is a tranquil semi-rural suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, situated just west of Erina and not far from the beaches of Avoca and Terrigal. Known for its leafy streets, large blocks, and bushland surroundings, it offers a peaceful, country-like lifestyle while still being conveniently close to local shops, schools, and amenities.



    The suburb appeals to families, retirees, and those seeking a quieter pace, with plenty of space for gardens, pets, and outdoor activities. Its natural environment provides walking trails, birdwatching, and a calm retreat from the busier coastal hubs nearby.



    Despite its semi-rural feel, Holgate has good access to nearby coastal towns, beaches, and the M1 motorway, allowing residents to enjoy both relaxed living and easy connectivity to Sydney or Newcastle for work, leisure, or travel.



    Other Things to Note:

    Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



    We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

    You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
