Hoteller nær Holden's Lake

«We cant praise this place enough. The welcome, the room, the decor, and the food. It was absolutely first class. We only stayed one night but it was faultless. We would unquestionably stay here again.»

«Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.»

«It is NOT a hotel. Please consider removing it from your lists.»

«What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x»

«A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .»

«Ok for one night, excellent service!»

«Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.»

«Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Unfortunately there was an awful damp smell from the bathroom that permeated the whole bedroom. I was only there for a night so i didn't complain, but it's in need of some maintenance.»

«The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent.»

«The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.»

«Beliggenheten er fantastisk og rommet er stort og komfortabelt, men mangler minigriser, noe du vanligvis finner på disse hotellene. Personalet i resepsjonen trenger opplæring i høflighet og hjelpsomhet. Det virket som de synes gjestene var til bryderi for dem.»

«Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️»
