«The hosts were very engaging and helpful even when there was a local black-out. The views and peacefulness were terrific as well as the fresh veggies from their garden.»

«Bruce is a great host, warm, friendly and helpful. The unit is spacious, clean, well equipped for cooking, furniture and linen are good quality. There is a sea view, and it is well located close to the Hokianga entrance, with good walks nearby. Also very close to the excellent local fish and chip/ takeaway.»

«Very friendly owners. Good location, close to Pak n Save. Nice and clean, good bed. Everything very comfortable.»

«Clean room and washroom, kind and helpful staff, lots of space (room could have accomodated 5 people - 1 queen, 3 twin beds). It also had a kitchenette which was convenient for breakfast. Parking was free and just in front of the room. Overall, for our one night stay, it had everything a guest needed.»

«The staff were very helpful and obliging with my stay. Clean and tidy room. With a comfortable bed and very clean room.»
