Our house provides large living areas, large bedrooms and balconies. Outside at the greenish yard there is a bbq grill and plenty of fruit trees . Since there is a 4 levels in the house, the basement floor can be use as a separated unit from the house. ## private parking space. ***Plenty of guest parking *High speed internet and security cameras at the parking and yard area. There is access to 4 levels In the entire house which includes 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. In each room there is a full bathroom, Balcony , Tv and air conditioner. The main floor includes large kitchen and large dining room and living room. The house can have up to 12 guests or more if needed. Access through the 2 gates and the electric car parking door to the yard done with a PIN code and remote control. The code will be given on check in day. access to the main house door is done through a code and a key that will be given on check in day. There is an additional access to the house from the basement floor with additional key. After check in it can be through Airbnb platform , a local phone line. Located at the west part of Hod Hasharon 7-8 minute walk from 4 seasons park. 1 mile from large grocery stores and shopping malls. 12 miles away from north Tel Aviv beach. About 40 min car drive to Jerusalem. There is synagogues within 5 min walking distance. You can go in and out the neighborhood freely. Parking on site for up to 2 cars and additionally, to 4 cars that can park as: “guests” in front of the property. There is hot water in the bathrooms that works through the gas system there is no need to turn on the boiler for hot water. At all toilets it’s important not to through in anything that can cause drainage issues . At checkout guests needs to return keys to the main door lockbox.

We allow Events with an extra cost -However, prior to booking a reservation please message us for additional information in regards to the Event such as: the amount of guests that are coming , The Time period of the event, the type and method of the event and if there is any additional equipment that you wants to add to the property for the event period , we will reply to you with an additional payment request for the estimated "event amount fee" for the reservation.
