«Stayed there for 2 nights. Good service at front desk, super great service at the lobby bar, the only downside is the constant draft from the entrance. Stayed at the high floor and the room was ok. Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s ok. Really friendly and quick valet parking. »

«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. «I was a little hesitant in booking this hotel but I'm glad that I did. We enjoyed our stay. This old gem is located near alot of things in Htown. We appreciated the free shuttle within 1mile radius which saves on Uber.. We did decide to park in the garage across for $20 but no in/out versus valet. The other great thing there is the 2nd floor restaurant/ bar, The Dispatch...The bartender,Ty, was great, attentive and very nice..along with her manager (K?, can't remember his name) but the drinks ...
