«We stayed in the Sunrise Homestay for a few nights and even extended our stay, as we really liked it. The beds were comfortable and the room was of a good size. The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. Everything in the hotel is the same price as in the shop, so there is no point in buying drinks elsewhere. The breakfast was a nice touch, especially the juice and the lemon honey tea. The ...

«Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained with everything you need. There is a pool that is very nice to cool down in when you return from the days activities. Breakfast was tasty and prepared per order. The owner Ms Hue was wonderful. She was helpful and friendly with everything you need. It was like staying with family and I can highly recommend them for providing a great experience at a very reasonable price. »

«Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. «Great property! I loved everything about my stay here:) The location is on the far side of then lake (5 min walk to town center) so it is a bit quieter. The property is right in the lake so you can watch the boats go by. The room was spacious and clean with great toiletries. The rooms all have access to the outdoor space which has tables, chairs and loungers. Breakfast was slightly different everyday which was nice and came with seasonal fruit. «Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. »
